The best time to visit India depends on the region you plan to explore. Generally, October to March offers pleasant weather across most of the country. However, for the Himalayas, April to June and September to November are ideal.
Most international visitors need a visa to enter India. Citizens of many countries can apply for an e-Visa online, which is valid for tourism, business, and medical purposes. We recommend applying at least 4-7 days before your travel date.
We recommend consulting with your doctor or a travel health clinic at least 6-8 weeks before your trip. Common recommendations include Hepatitis A & B, Typhoid, and ensuring your routine vaccinations are up to date. Malaria prophylaxis may be recommended for certain areas.
Our tours range from easy to challenging. Each tour listing indicates the difficulty level. Easy tours involve minimal walking and are suitable for all fitness levels. Moderate tours may include some hiking or walking on uneven terrain. Challenging tours, like treks, require good physical fitness.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the tour and time of cancellation. Generally, cancellations made more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations made 30-60 days before departure receive a 50% refund. We recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
